About the Event

Partner with a small online community to begin moving your body to better health and wellness.  

We will launch with a 1 day 3hr workshop to learn more about the things that help support our emotional health which in turn supports our overall health.  Learn more about the nervous system and how through movement, breathing, awareness and aromatherapy we can begin feeling less stress, calm ourselves when life gets a little crazy, become aware of our our emotions can hender our movement and create tension points which then leads to pain, body misalignments, fatigue and when left unchecked surgeries or illness.  We will go over 3 short movement routines to support you in Morning, Midday and Evening. 

The next 21 Days will include: 

Weekly Online Live Checkins

2 Weekly 30min movement sessions available Live and recorded

Daily checkins, reminders and tips

An online community to help encourage, support and hold each other accountable

90 access to all material to give you 3 months to encourage new healthful habits
