The plank is awesome for overall body strengthening. In doing a proper plank you will strengthen your arms, shoulders, core, legs, lengthen and strengthen the spine, and warm up the body. Anyone who completes the full 30 days will be entered to win a prize of health and wellness goodies from Abel!

About the Event

We are super excited to challenge you in the coming month. Join us for 30 days starting May 1st for our Plank Challenge.

The plank is awesome for overall body strengthening. In doing a proper plank you will strengthen your arms, shoulders, upper and lower core, legs, lengthen and strengthen the spine, warm up the internal body and helping expand your breath capacity (as long as you remember to take deep breaths).

For everyone who completes the entire 30 days you will have the chance of winning an awesome bag of goodies from us which will include tons of items and products to help you in supporting your health and wellness. Prize package will be valued at over $100 and we'll be giving you sneak peaks of the items throughout May.

To be entered register on our website and tag your friends that you want to challenge on the Facebook post.

Keep a daily log at end of challenge post a picture of yourself in your plank and tag the Abel Wellness page. Want to earn extra chances and create some accountability for yourself? Then post pictures or video to your personal page throughout the month tagging Abel Wellness, you will receive a chance for every tag.

What do you have to do? Simple, set time aside each day to hold a plank for as long as you can with correct form. Record your initial time this will be your base line then record your time each day to see where you end up (Set a goal)

Yes the goal is to increase your time but don't put quantity ahead of quality. It is much more important to do it correctly so you are working the right muscles vs incorrectly and creating imbalance and other issues in the body. Not sure how to hold a plank no worries we will be posting a how to and also welcome you sending us a picture of you in your plank to review and send you feedback.

Be sure to watch both videos posted on the 2018 Plank page on the website to learn how to do a correct plank. Log into the app for even more videos to help you successful complete the 30 day challenge.
