More than an online movement membership.

Strength & Stillness was created from the belief that caring for ourselves isn't something we have to divide into separate pieces.

Our physical strength matters. So does mobility and the ability to move confidently through life. Our nervous system matters. Our faith matters. And our connection with one another matters.

Strength & Stillness Movement Collective brings those pieces together.

Each week, we gather live online to move, breathe, learn, reflect, pray, and reconnect—building strength that reaches beyond the physical.

And because real life doesn't always cooperate with our calendars, every weekly gathering is recorded and added to your library. Join us live when you can. Press play when you can't.

Your practice is still there waiting for you.

WHAT IS STRENGTH & STILLNESS?

Strength and stillness aren't opposites—we need both.

Strength & Stillness is an online movement and wellness community built around this belief. Our work brings together healthful movement, breath, nervous system care, faith, and genuine community—woven together, not separated.

Move

Intentional, functional movement for strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility—designed to support how you want to live

Breathe

Breath and body awareness practices that connect you to the body you're living in

Regulate

Polyvagal-informed nervous system education woven into movement for resilience and recovery

Reflect

Scripture, prayer, and reflection connecting physical practice to emotional and spiritual life

Connect

Community, encouragement, and shared experience—because we were created for connection

A WEEKLY RHYTHM YOU CAN ACTUALLY LIVE WITH

Every week, we gather live online for approximately 45 minutes.

Can't be there live? Your class will be recorded and added to the Movement Library.

The goal isn't perfect attendance. It's consistency over time.

Whether you have 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or time for the entire weekly practice—you have something meaningful to return to.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A CLASS?

Each gathering moves through five intentional layers.

01

ARRIVE

We begin by shifting out of the busyness of the day through breath, grounding, scripture, reflection, or a simple nervous system practice.

02

MOVE

Intentional, functional movement builds strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and body awareness. Some practices challenge you. Others give space to release and restore. Most contain a little of both—because the body doesn't need exactly the same thing every day.

03

REGULATE

Simple nervous system education woven into movement helps you recognize your own patterns and develop tools for regulation, resilience, and recovery—not to remain calm all the time, but to respond and recover with greater flexibility.

04

REFLECT

Scripture, prayer, and reflection create space to connect what we're practicing physically with what may be happening emotionally and spiritually.

05

CONNECT

Community. Encouragement. Conversation. Shared experiences. Prayer. Knowing there are other people showing up alongside you—because we were created for connection.

Your Movement Library

40+ practices waiting for you from the moment you join.

You don't have to wait for the next live class to begin. Your membership immediately opens the door to our growing library of movement practices.

Inside you'll find full-length movement classes, functional strength, mobility and flexibility, stretching and release, Movement Labs, short practices for busy days, breath and body-awareness practices, nervous-system supportive movement, and new weekly recordings as they're added.

Think of the library less like a catalog you need to complete and more like a toolbox you can return to. Meet your body where it is—and begin there.

Quarterly Specialty Workshops

Your membership includes a specialty workshop each quarter—longer experiences that give us an opportunity to slow down and explore a topic more deeply.

Future workshops may explore: Movement + longevity, Feet, Nervous system resilience, Breath + meditation, Science and Benefits of Aromatics, Faith + whole-person wellness.

These aren't add-ons. They're part of being in the Collective.

The Collective Part Matters

You can stream thousands of workouts alone. But Strength & Stillness was created to offer something different.

A place where we show up without performing. Where encouragement matters more than comparison. Where strength doesn't always mean pushing harder. Where stillness isn't weakness. Where faith can be explored and lived.

Created for connection isn't simply a tagline. It's the philosophy behind this community.

MAYBE YOU'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR…

A way to move more consistently without an all-or-nothing approach

Strength that supports how you want to live

Movement that considers your nervous system rather than ignoring it

A deeper understanding of how stress shows up in your body

A place for faith to naturally be part of your wellness

Movement you can access from home, on your schedule

A reason to pause during a busy week

People to grow alongside

Or simply a place to begin again

You are welcome here.

You don't need previous movement experience. You don't have to be flexible. You don't have to attend every live gathering. And you certainly don't need to have everything figured out.

Bring the body and life you have today. We'll begin there.

Common Questions

Then the Collective can still be for you. Live participation is encouraged, but it isn't required to belong. Every weekly session is recorded and uploaded to your member library. Some members join live most weeks. Some primarily use the recordings. Some do both depending on the season of life they're in. There is no falling behind—there is simply a library and community you can keep returning to.
Movement is at the heart of what we do—but Strength & Stillness was intentionally created to be more than workouts. We integrate physical movement with breath, body awareness, nervous system education, faith, reflection, and connection. We're interested not only in what your body can do, but in helping you better understand the body you're living in.
Strength & Stillness is rooted in Christian faith and incorporates scripture and prayer. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. There is room for curiosity, questions, and your own journey. My hope is to create a space where faith is authentically present while people feel genuinely welcomed.
No prior experience is needed. You don't have to be flexible, strong, or coordinated. Our movement is designed to meet you where you are. Bring the body and life you have today—we'll begin there.
