I inspire individuals to a greater awareness in their bodies, instilling confidence in their daily movements through creating whole body strength and flexibility empowering them to greater independence
Being able to use my own life experiences and partnering with others to support them on their journey is one of the most rewarding and humbling gifts I’ve ever received. I LOVE teaching others how to move beyond the roadblocks life has thrown at them, and discover that they can take control of their well being, their mind and how it affects the outcomes they are able to achieve. YOU are your own first-person expert of your body and how it moves and thrives. YOU have the capacity to remove the barriers to a healthy body, whether from a life of injury or simply from age, and to do so with grace and ease. And I’m here to guide you on the journey to that potential.
You can call me an educator or instructor but I feel most truly like a partner, a listener and encourager of your independence. I am a motivator and facilitator of your best self. I have always believed you can’t ask others to do things you can’t do yourself. My purpose is to walk alongside my students and inspire a sense of empowered independence. Through increased body awareness and healthy balanced movement you’ll find deeper wells of strength and flexibility, both in body and mind, that make YOU your biggest cheerleader and me your faithful guide

SmartSpine works with Marie-Jose' Blom – SmartSpine is developed to ease the biomechanical challenges of the spine during simple core exercises, requiring the use of deep abdominals. By supporting the skeletal and joint system in alignment, the neural system is retrained to recruit the deep muscles while releasing the overactive muscles.
Core Intelligence with Marie-Jose Blom – Training covers the latest theories and principles of defining the core and its applications to the stable torso in the Pilates environment. Focus on proper exercise biomechanics that enhance optimal form and alignment by mastering core stability in a stable environment and then challenging core stability in an unstable environment.
