About the Pilates Sampler Class
Enjoy learning exercises for the whole body using the principles of Pilates. With this system of movement, the skeleton and joints will be supported while you learn to recruit and connect the deep muscles AND release overactive muscles. This is a beginners class designed to introduce you to many aspects of Pilates including work on the mat, springboard, and reformer. Join us to learn some great exercises to work those deep core muscles, along with relaxation and release techniques for your tight muscles and joints.
This series includes:
4 Fundamental Mat classes meeting
2 Reformer Classes
2 Springboard Classes
Class will Meet Tuesdays 5:30pm and Thursdays 6pm Beginning July 2
The class will be held at Abel Wellness Studio, 110 Macon Center Drive in Franklin NC 28734. This 4 week series is scheduled Tuesday's and Thursday's starting July 2nd.

Hi I'm Patti Abel!
I'm a native of Franklin, North Carolina, have an extensive training background in Pilates and Movement Education. I have a watchful eye and can quickly spot weakness, misalignment and imbalance in the body. I can help you correct these things so the entire body functions optimally as a whole. I have worked extensively with individuals after back, neck, hip, knee and even brain surgery and am ready to support you on your path to a balanced and energized life.
