Private sessions are the fastest way to meet your health and wellness goals. Why? Because the entire session is focused on you, your body, and your goals. During the session your instructor will create a movement and wellness plan designed specifically for you and your fitness goals. They will combine techniques including core and structural muscle strengthening (Pilates), work on the Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Spring Board, breathing, muscle release work, heat, and aromatherapy.
Because the safety and health of our clients is our number 1 goal, all new clients begin with private sessions. Depending on the end goal, clients that have made progress with private sessions are then welcome to join a group class.
