Covid-19 and Studio News 2020
Currently our Franklin Studio is still closed until NC begins Phase 2 of reopening. Our Clayton Studio has reopened to private sessions only.
All in person classes and private sessions in NC remain on hold until Phase 2 reopening which if all goes as planned Monday May 26th or Monday June 2nd. We will reassess the situation and see what the best course of action is at that time and will keep everyone in the loop. All expiration dates will be adjusted accordingly. We are still offering several online options while we are closed to help keep our clients and community healthy.
Our online sessions are a great way to maintain your movement practice and relieve stress while staying at home
Virtual Private Sessions
These sessions will be tailored to you on the mat, equipment (reformer or springboard) if you have in home and integrating any of the many amazing props you may have in your tool box. Use your current package or take advantage of special online pricing. The sessions will be done over Zoom which you can download for free here: https://zoom.us/download

Online Group Mat Classes
These will be duel teacher based with one of us teaching and the other observing. This not only gives you more of that in studio feel but it will also give some time before and after class to encourage and love on each other. The web link will be sent out 30 mins prior to class. These will be on Zoom Webinar so you will need to download the software prior to first class which you can get for free here: https://zoom.us/download

Prefer to workout at your own time and pace? Join our online course packed full of exercise, movement, release, stretch, strengthening and more. Videos range from beginner, to assisted movement (seated or using chair for balance), and intermediate/advance. Over 30 videos already available in this program and more to come.
