Build on your foundation. Deepen your understanding. Expand what your body can do.

Reformer Progressions is designed as the natural next step after Pilates 101, giving you the opportunity to continue developing the skills, strength, awareness, and confidence you’ve already begun to build.

Rather than rushing toward “advanced” exercises, this class focuses on progressing the work with greater understanding and intention. We’ll revisit familiar Reformer movements while adding new variations, resistance challenges, coordination, transitions, and movement patterns as you’re ready.

Through continued practice, you’ll explore:

  • Greater strength, stability, mobility, and control

  • Progressions of foundational Reformer exercises

  • New movement patterns and exercise variations

  • Increased coordination, balance, and body awareness

  • Different spring settings, positions, and relationships to resistance

  • More fluid transitions and movement sequences

  • How to appropriately challenge yourself while honoring what your body needs that day

Progression looks different for every body. Sometimes it means adding resistance or complexity. Other times, it means finding more connection, control, range, or ease within something familiar.

Reformer Progressions isn’t about performing harder exercises—it’s about continuing to understand your body and expanding your movement possibilities.

Ideal for Pilates 101 graduates and clients who have established a foundational understanding of Reformer work.
