About Patti

I inspire active, driven individuals to deepen their awareness of the body—building strength, mobility, and confidence in how they move through everyday life. My work is rooted in empowering a sense of fierce independence—helping you trust your body, understand its signals, and move with clarity, strength, and ease.

Being able to draw from my own life experiences while partnering with others on their journey is one of the most rewarding and humbling gifts I’ve ever received. I love guiding people beyond the roadblocks life has placed in their path—so they can reclaim a sense of control over their well-being and how they show up in the world.

You are your own first-person expert.
Your body holds wisdom.
And you have the capacity to move beyond limitations—with grace and confidence.

My Approach

I’m more than an instructor—I’m a partner, listener, and guide.
My role is to help you reconnect to your body’s intelligence so movement becomes:

• Safe
• Supportive
• Freeing
• Sustainable

Experience & Education

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (2009) – Balanced Body University / Jennifer Gianni
• 500+ Hours Hands-On Training
• Ongoing Advanced Education in Movement & Nervous System Integration
• Currently completing a degree in Psychology to deepen mind–body integration

With a trained eye for identifying imbalance and misalignment, I help restore the body to optimal, integrated function. I’ve worked extensively with clients navigating scoliosis, MS, and recovery from orthopedic and neurological surgeries—often bridging the gap between physical therapy and lasting functional movement.

Specialization

Pre & Postnatal Specialist
Patti has completed advanced, comprehensive training in pre and postnatal movement, integrating Pilates methodology with current principles in movement science, fascial research, and nervous system function. This work supports the body through the physical and structural changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery—while helping women stay connected, supported, and confident in their movement.

Certified Nervous System Integration Facilitator
A Nervous System Integration (NSI) Facilitator is comprehensively trained in the science and evolving theories of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and Polyvagal Theory—particularly as they relate to connection, communication, conflict resolution, and behavior change.

This training includes both in-depth theoretical understanding and applied practice, offering a structured framework for working with the nervous system. Through this lens, Patti helps clients better understand their internal responses, supporting more regulated, adaptable, and resilient patterns in both movement and daily life.

My Philosophy

Movement isn’t a means to change who you are—
it’s a way to come home to yourself.

As you build strength and awareness, something shifts:

You become your own advocate.
Your own guide.
Your own heroine.

And I’m here to walk beside you on that journey.
