Experience intentional movement in a welcoming, expertly guided space—your body, your pace, your plan.
Most new clients begin with our Intro Mini Series, a supportive way to start your movement journey with confidence and clarity.
This series includes:
•
One 75-minute New Client Session
A personalized introduction that includes a studio overview, discussion of your goals and movement history, and guided movement to assess strength, mobility, and alignment.
•
Four Private Sessions
Designed to build a strong foundation through individualized instruction, helping you learn core movement patterns, improve body awareness, and move with greater ease and confidence.
Beginning with the Intro Mini Series is recommended for all clients—regardless of experience level. This approach ensures you move safely, understand the method, and feel prepared before joining group classes. It also creates a more supportive experience for everyone in the room by ensuring shared understanding of form, flow, and class expectations.
