Join us for a morning of nourishing bolster assisted stretches to open up those tight tense and possibly painful areas of the body. Along with techniques and strategies to melt away body impeding stress.

What you can expect from this class:

 ✅ Relieve TIGHT, TENSE Low Back Pain
✅ LENGTHEN and DECOMPRESS the BACK while creating more STRENGTH
✅ Increase HIP Mobility relieving PAIN and INFLEXBILITY
✅ Build STRENGTH in your entire CORE
✅ Create RELAXATION and CALM decreasing STRESS and improving SLEEP
✅ Enjoy a FUN and ENJOYABLE mix that you will LOVE using at home

Class will also include Nervous System integrated movements and aromatherapy to boost the stress relief.

Begin with Breath and Nervous System reset movements that will prepare your mind and body. Creating release of tension points that can minimize movement.

With the body now more mobilized and the mind clear you will move into supported movements meant to Release + Stretch + Open the body. Enjoy the warmth and weight of the heart shaped pillow to sooth the spirit and open the heart. 

The last portion will be dedicated to stretching and relaxation movements to open tight areas of the body, create better circulation, and leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized.

For those who already have an oval bolster grab it and bring it along. For anyone who doesn't there will be bolsters available or if you desire to have one for your home practice it can be purchased as an add on to the retreat.
